"Культурная революция" и ее влияние на развитие отношений между КНР и странами ЦВЕ в 1966-1981 гг

The subject of this study is the relationship of China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe during the Chinese cultural revolution. The article is devoted to the analysis of political and economic relations between the PRC and the countries of the CEE region in the period from 19661981, which were largely influenced by the ideological foreign policy of the PRC. The methodology of the research presented in the paper is based on the principles of historicism and scientific objectivity. In addition, both qualitative (historical-descriptive, analytical, problem-chronological, comparative) and quantitative (statistical) methods were used in the work. The author conducts research, referring to the basic principles of the school of political realism in its classical sense. The presented work is the first study in the national scientific research, which is devoted to the system analysis of the main factors that influenced the dialogue between the PRC and the CEE countries. The author of the paper comes to the conclusion that the cultural revolution has become a deterrent factor in the development of relations between China and the CEE region, when the main goal of the Chinese leadership was to find the China’s special place in the system of international relations.Статья посвящена анализу политических и экономических отношений между КНР и странами Центральной и Восточной Европы в период с 1966-1981 гг. Методологической основной исследования послужили принципы историзма и научной объективности. В работе были использованы как качественные (историко-описательный, аналитический, проблемно-хронологический, сравнительный), так и количественные (статистический) методы. Автор проводит исследование, обращаясь к основным принципам школы политического реализма в его классическом понимании. Представленная работа является первым в отечественной литературе исследованием, которое посвящено системному анализу основных факторов, повлиявших на выстраивание диалога между КНР и странами ЦВЕ под воздействием событий «культурной революции» и ее последствий. Автор приходит к выводу, что «культурная революция» в целом негативно отразилась на развитии отношений между Китаем и большинством стран региона ЦВЕ, закрепив «дифференциальный подход» во внешнеполитическом подходе к сотрудничеству со странами ЦВЕ
